Question: is anybody who is a member of minor league ball welcome to take part in this or do you need to take a citizenship test?

by shankbone on Feb 14, 2026 9:11 PM EST up reply actions

if you're a 1st time poster, you're vote may be frowned upon, otherwise if you''re a member who actually spends time here

Anyone is more than welcome to vote.

If you’ve been here a while but just don’t post much thats fine go ahead, you’re vote counts equally to anyone else’s

Yeah

The only thing I dislike is when people from a particular teams’ fan blog are directed to this site to vote when a player from that team is up for a vote. That happened a couple times earlier in the process. But we get voters here who hardly ever post on this site, and their vote counts just the same as anyone else. It is pretty late in the process, but you are definitely welcome to join.

Catricala Fan Club

Assemblllllle…

Where’s Typical Idiot Fan? He posts here at times and likes the Ms. Not sure if he ever does the poll thing. If you’ll excuse the phrase.

Oh well, Cat’s getting close each time. i think Kelly has more fans too, but I think he can sneak past Cosart. :)

Thanks. Member, been here a while, don’t post much. Giants fan, don’t hold that against me, definitely interested in MLB and not swaying any polls.

Just didn’t want to vote out of the blue if that was frowned on.

however ...

If you are actually Vinny Cat’s mom, your vote will not be counted.
