Buckel

I’ve been supporting Rosenthal, but I’ve reevaluating Buckel and I’m thinking he might be as deserving at this point as Rosenthal.

I realize he’s undersized compared to the ideal, and lacks big stuff, but at #65 you’re going to have to live with flaws. He seems to have a decent pitch arsenal, consistency in the delivery, strong make-up. Not to mention good results in a reasonably aggressive placement last year.

Am I missing something? If you had a choice of Buckel and Rosenthal, who’s your guy?

Still a lot of upside & projectable pitchers with a shot

I know it’s late in the list, but I still like a lot about many of these pitchers. I think that Tyler Thornburg, Chris Archer, Jordan Swagerty & Alex Colome stick out as somewhat ‘veteran’ but talent packed guys who could make some noise this year with some growth & I like young arms like David Holmberg (he’s my #1 left slightly over Thornburg) & Garrett Gould are two former HS arms that I’m pretty high on. Sure at this point, the odds probably aren’t with most of these cats, but it’s from from a motley crew (didn’t even mention Lance Lynn who I think has a pretty good look at being a solid major leaguer in some capacity).

More than a few typos/missteps there

Don’t worry, the coffee is on hand. It can only go up from here.
