ok
This seems like another good time to do a re-sort. The current order is the order the players will be added to the main poll, but I’d like to see a list of 3-5 favorites from the tester pool (or new additions IF you think they should be one of the next few added to the main pool), so we can add the right guys first. Please don’t just mention 1 name.

Going Drew Hutchinson here
2.1 BB/9, 10.3 K/9, 4.89 K/BB, 2.14 FIP over 149.1 IP across three levels ending in AA in his age 20 season. Has a good low 90s sinking fastball, a great change-up, and good command and control of his pitches. He also has some projectability left in his frame, as he is still pretty skinny for his height. He is 27th on my pitching list, and I will be voting for him until he is on.

And I am not quite sure what the argument for Zach Lee over Drew is here
So if anyone wants to share their argument for Lee over Hutchinson, please share below.

similar FIP at a ball
3.28 for hutch last season, 3.68 for lee, and Lee is an ultra athletic two sport player who scouts see much more projection in.

Physical projectability
Got to give the edge to Drew (6’2" 165 vs 6’4" 190). Drew could actually see a velocity boost if he puts on some weight and muscle, not sure if Lee has as much room to do the same.

also
i don’t consider that a similar FIP

Eh
they both put up solid numbers. Hutchinson gets the edge, but it’s not a massive edge in my book.
