Looking for upside

The predictability of hitting prospects is, on average better than for pitchers, so at this point I’m looking for guys who have a great deal of upside, which means ‘11 draftees, international signees and others with minimal professional experience (’10 high school draftees, generally).

It’s pretty easy for me to say I’d rather have Brandon Nimmo than any of the established guys. If you’re a true believer in Catricala’s bat, I see the argument for him and Cecchini fits my high-upside desire, but Hicks and Grossman and Szczur simply haven’t shown enough, and don’t have notable age v. league advantages to be able to see them as even close to guys like Nimmo, Swihart, Spangenburg and whoever else your favourites might be- my favourites include Jacob Anderson and Dante Bichette, Jr.
