4th in line for me

I think he is going to be pretty underrated on this list, though.

by cookiedabookie on Dec 16, 2025 6:40 PM EST up reply actions

just curious

who do you have ahead of him?

go long with extenze...i do

by angelsownredsux on Dec 16, 2025 7:15 PM EST up reply actions

Brown, Martin, Schoop

But he is 30th on my positional list

by cookiedabookie on Dec 16, 2025 7:25 PM EST up reply actions

speaking of which

where is Schoop?

i thought he was on the list previously?

i’d probably vote for him here ahead of all these guys

by blue bulldog on Dec 16, 2025 8:43 PM EST up reply actions

he was, but got zero votes

will probably be back on in a few rounds. but vote for him in the others section, it will get him on the ballot quicker.

by cookiedabookie on Dec 16, 2025 9:01 PM EST up reply actions

he'll be on next poll for sure

he is the only guy 100% assured a spot in next poll.

Plus defense at SS to go along with the Carolina League batting title (by over 20 points) in his first full professional season. May not ever walk much or hit for a lot of power, but the combination of elite contact rates and elite defensive value gives him a nice combination of floor and upside.

Wong is two full years younger than guys like Brown or Marte.

Hit .356 with decent pop, great strikeout rate, and good defense at 2b as an 18 year old player in the MWL. He’s short and can really, really hit so naturally he’ll need tyo be left off of our top 100 here.

Order of preference for testers (ten)

Mason Williams
Andrelton Simmons
James Darnell
Tyler Pastornicky
Vinnie Catricala
Matt Adams
Bryce Brentz
Robbie Grossman
Brandon Nimmo
Oswaldo Arcia

by cookiedabookie on Dec 16, 2025 9:18 PM EST up reply actions

i'll do a re-sort after the next poll maybe

the order is based on preferences from maybe 10+ people. i guess after Cecchini it got a little hazy, so we can re-sort then.

by auclairkeithbc on Dec 16, 2025 9:35 PM EST up reply actions

oops

after szczur that is.

by auclairkeithbc on Dec 16, 2025 9:35 PM EST up reply actions

those 2 basically tied

for 3rd/4th place after Spangenberg and Rosario.

by auclairkeithbc on Dec 16, 2025 9:36 PM EST up reply actions

i mean 4th/5th place

after spangenberg, rosario, and baez.

by auclairkeithbc on Dec 16, 2025 9:37 PM EST up reply actions

Pretty wide open vote right now

Looks like a three way runoff is possible.

by cookiedabookie on Dec 16, 2025 7:34 PM EST reply actions

As of now

Rosario - 10
Brown - 9
Marte - 8
Castellanos - 8

by cookiedabookie on Dec 16, 2025 9:20 PM EST up reply actions

Voting Closed

Gary Brown pulls away from the pack with a 6 vote lead on Castellanos/Rosario.
