Philadelphia's JP Crawford takes spot #17 on our list, with 15 votes. Dylan Bundy and Dalton Pompey tied for second place with 11 votes, followed by Jon Gray with 8 votes and Daniel Norris with five votes. I am going to remove the bottom three vote-getters to filter through the tester pool.
