Joey Gallo, perhaps the most divisive prospect in the game today, just edged out Carlos Rodon to take spot #13 on our list, 33 votes to 29 votes. Rusney Castillo was third with 14 votes, followed by Dylan Bundy with seven votes. I am going to remove the bottom three vote-getters to filter through the tester pool.
