2017 Dynasty taking reservations and interest

I am recruiting right now for a dynasty league that will begin play in 2017 and have the following general characteristics:
*25-man MLB roster and 25-30 man milb roster
*Salary caps, prospect protection, first year players drafts all part of the league process
*$25 buy in with cash prizes to multiple winning teams at season's end
*Fantrax for the playing season and Pro Boards for the administration of the league
*Leaguesafe for management of league funds
This is a very deep and structured league that requires owners to have an understanding of true ownership of a team.
Right now I am just acquiring interest from potential players. The league will not begin its initial processes until September
