We've got a deep 30-team league that's starting our 11th season, and we're looking for 1-2 new owners. The league is set up to mimic the "real thing," with a salary cap to make the whole thing work. Teams include a 25-man active roster and a full minor league system. It's very serious, but addictingly fun. Turnover has been fairly minimal over time, with the core group not changing over our first decade.

Here are the details:

• 30 teams in 2 leagues with 3 divisions (wonder where we got that?)
• Head-to-head, 6X6 with playoffs (3 division winners + wildcard)
• Salary Cap, paid minor leagues, full minor league system
• Transactions include trades, free agency (via bidding), waivers, promotions, limited demotions, 2-round amateur draft

We're obviously jumping into the new season, but any time is a great time to jump in. Whether a team is loaded with talent or weak and feeble, the league setup means there is always something to do.
