What do you think of these prospects? Any opinions on potential, ability, etc? Who do you like, who do you dislike? Thank you for the help and opinions

This is the primary players in my farm system in a 30 team fantasy league.

3B Kolbrin Vitek (Bos)
OF Reymond Fuentes (SD)
SS Wilmer Flores(NYM)

I would probably switch Seager and Bradley then.

Westmoreland

is still young and he’s working his way back. he may never get there, but you have to root for the kid.

The only one I know is Dominguez and I’m not impressed with him at all. He is not young and his numbers have been unimpressive. All of the scouting reports I hear say his defense is generally poor.

He sounds like a AAAA type to me.

1. Wily Peralta - decent stuff, 55.8 GB%, 24.8 K%, 3.79 tRA (10th in SL). Touches mid-90s.
2. Jackie Bradley Jr - Good all around game, great make-up, top of the order bat.
3. Reymond Fuentes - toolsy high upside player, little power yet
4. Wilmer Flores - less toolsy, lower upside player, nice bat. May be limited to 1B.
5. Kyle Saeger - Older less toolsy player with nice bat. Offensive 2B.
6. Kolbrin Vitek - Hasn’t lived up to draft day expectations; little pop, lots of Ks
7. Ryan Westmoreland - Good luck with that; longshot at this point
8. Chris Dominguez - 24 year old just handling A+ ball.

Keep Bradley and dump the rest. Load up on draft picks and grab a bunch of 2011 draftees

but I’d keep: Bradley, Fuentes, & Flores…see if someone will trade for Vitek on name alone.

I would probably cut every one of them, and start grabbing any free agent that shows up on Johns list as a sleeper .

I actually...

think you have some talent on your team.

I’d rank them…

1. Wilmer Flores - Very young and very talented still, 3B with his potential are rare
2. Jackie Bradley Jr - Better fantasy-wise than in reality, but good skill set, 1/2 hitter in prime
3. Raymond Fuentes - Very toolsy and good bloodlines, still a keeper imo
4. Kolbrin Vitek - Early in the year, he was killing it, now slumping, still like his tools
5. Wily Peralta - Good K rate but probably a #3 at the very best
6. Chris Dominguez - He’s older than most, but he has crazy power and will be a MLBer
7. Kyle Seager - Just nothing to get excited and has been drafted out of position
8. Ryan Westmoreland - As much as I like him, there are better and safer options

Bottom 2 should go and I’d look for more upside with Dominguez and Peralta too.
