We'll bring back Kenley Jansen, Aaron Crow, Jose Altuve, Juan Nicasio and Danny Duffy this round.
In rotation: JD Martinez 0% (round 20), Dayan Viciedo 0% (round 20), Ivan Nova 0% (round 20), Alex Cobb 0% (round 20), Jordan Walden 3% (round 21), Allen Craig 3% (round 21), Lonnie Chisenhall 3% (round 21), Zach Britton 3% (round 22), Dee Gordon 3% (round 22), Henderson Alvarez 3% (round 22)

As always voting is by +1 and there are places below to vote for players not currently on the ballot or to say which tester your prefer.

Altuve
I’ve been voting for him for a couple of rounds now. Essentially, I see most of the pitchers left on this list as either having a medium-to-high probability of flaming out (Nicasio), or having low ceilings (Worley), while Altuve looks likely to plug right along as an at least league-average second baseman. Give me the middle infielder. Him or Dee Gordon at this point for me.

How low is Worley's ceiling?
Barely any improvement over last year’s numbers?

Point taken
But I think if people thought last year was “real” for Worley, he would have gone much, much earlier. Luck involved last year, but not just BABIP/LOB% luck - his K-rate in the minors averaged out in the 6’s, he was never young for his level, and then he hits the majors and puts up 8+K’s/9.
And he did so with the same repertoire of pitches: 90 mph FB, average slider, bleow average change. His only significantly plus pitch last year, statistically, was the fastball, and I don’t see that 90 mph FB as a real “plus pitch”. Color me skeptical.
