Why would you rather have a pitcher in the injury nexus coming off an injury?
It’s tough to evaluate a 16 year old when we’re relying on a few minutes of video and some sketchy scouting reports, but based on his tools alone, it’s pretty easy for me to go for him this far down the list.

They're both complete unknowns
The scouting reports for Ynoa were more eye-popping (inflated maybe) so I’d go with him. I wouldn’t put either in my top 150.
