Where's the break down?

The pads started him at A because they were loaded with pitching at start of the year in LE. They also left Latos at Fort Wayne because basically they left all of their best prospects there. Seriously Fort Wayne is probably the best team in all the minors and nobody ever talks about them… their line up is freaking loaded, even after all the promotions. But back to Latos, so he had a era of .37 in A, jumped to AA and put up very good numbers there. Overall the padres season is over so they called him to give the fans someone to watch, and most of all to challenge Latos.

BTW his name is pronounced lay-tos

Mat Latos attitude

I also always read and here the guys at BA talk about his character and maturity, and I think it’s unwarranted. I listened to a radio interview he did online through xx1090.com and afterwards I felt good about him. To me Mat sounded like he was really close to his family, particularly his mother.
