Mat Latos/Bud Norris?
How do you think these guys will do this year and in the future? Will they help my team this year in my fantasy league? How do you think their stats will be?

This is one of the more bizarro questions ever asked here.
John recently wrote up a piece on both of these players. Both are on the front page of this website.

now, now
OP has less than 10 posts/comments here. I’ll agree that he might as well have posted this in the Norris thread, but he’s not hurting anybody.

Norris
Expect numbers similar to Johnny Cueto’s 2008 & 2009 season. Both have excellent fastball/slider combinations with a questionable changeup that they hardly use. Both are small guys with power arms.

Cueto? maybe
Some similarities there, as you noted. I personally think Cueto’s command is much better at this point . . .but a big year for him. Last year he traded some Ks and raw stuff for better control, it’ll be interesting to see if he can put everything together (in which case he may be a #2 starter) or if he settles in as a No. 3 (more likely). I find it interesting that you tell OP to expect numbers similar to Cueto’s 2008 and 2009 . . .Cueto’s numbers were dramatically different across the board between those seasons.
Norris has a really explosive fastball, but his command of it comes and goes. He DOES command his slider pretty well, but he throws it too much. Throws it to get ahead in counts, throws it in out pitch situations. Very obvious that he would make a much better closer than starter.
