I’m way out on a limb here, but for just this one, I’ll bring up the name. 124 Ks and a 2.74 ERA last year in the Cali League. Lefty who can reach up to mid-90’s (the report of 89-91 from BA is by far the lowest I’ve seen, and in ST he was hitting 94), but has some control issues. Not long ago, Goldstein finally saw him in person and said he would have been a high 4-star prospect if he had seen him before doing his ratings. Three plus pitches, when he controls them. Obviously the control is an issue, but he’s very reminiscent of Scott Kazmir.
