In the last MOD we talked a bit about the Dodgers draft philosophy and strategy, now let's look at possible targets in Round 1 (picks 20 and 32)

To give an idea, here's what baseball publications have been mocking to the Dodgers:

BA: 20- Nolan Jones 32- Alec Hanson

MLB: 20 - Justin Dunn 32 - TJ Zeuch

This looks fairly college heavy and fits with the MO from the 2015 draft with BA also stating "The Dodgers are rumored to be looking deeper at college options, but been connected to prep shortstops Nolan Jones and Gavin Lux". I'm going to be as realistic as possible to what the Dodgers will do, my takeaway is that if the top college starters on their list are not available or have fallen, they'll go the prep route..

Here are the players that are options at #20:

College: Cal Quantrill, Connor Jones, TJ Zeuch

HS: Forrest Whitley, Jared Horn, Joey Wentz, Will Benson, Gavin Lux, Matt Manning, Kevin Gowdy

#32:

College: Alec Hanson, Justiin Dunn, Robert Tyler,

HS: Carter Kieboom, Jeff Belge, Drew Mendoza, Joe Rizzo, Alex Speas
