Taillon vs. Cole Thread

I nuked the Taillon vs. Cole thread because it unfortunately devolved from something very interesting into a shouting match filled with personal attacks.

I have few rules around here, but I am at the point of the year where I have very little time, and very little patience with this sort of stuff. Everyone needs to calm the fuck down, and rest assured I will be paying much closer attention.

I'm sorry

I’m sorry and, it won’t happen anymore. I am not absolving myself. I’m sorry to everybody who had to read that crap. and, I will try to be nicer to everyone.

Again, sorry for wasting your time John.

Cole

I think you have to give the nod to Cole right now because he is closer to the majors. Plus his change up is pretty darn good.

My apologies

to John and the community minus one. That tangent did a great disservice to the thread.

Yeah

It is. It kind of made me think of this site when I was looking for a good quote. He’s a sharp guy.

Too bad we lost the good debate there

Probably could have just deleted the offending posts, John.

That would just be a terrible waste of time.

thread

That would have taken me 20 minutes that I do not have to spare today.

I missed out on the thread.

What happened? I don’t really care about who did this and who said that. I’m more interested in what the debate was about.

I missed out on the thread too

To make John react like this though….kinda wished I had seen it. Be like a free movie :(

There was a spirited debate on Cole v. Bauer

Along with some other good discussion (mainly focused on Taillon and Hultzen). I said my peace and left the thread 3-4 days ago. Evidentially the debate turned into a mud-slinging act. Unfortunately that happens too often on this site. I love the emotion from people (as long as it stays healthy), but you have to know when to just let it go and move on.
