I Yam What I Yam

One thing that will be different now in comparison to ESPN. I can be myself more often. That means weird humor and homages, "easter eggs" if you will, spread through my commentary. I Yam What I Yam and there's no reason to hide it anymore.

Popeye! Well, you probably couldn't say who was your favorite team on ESPN, but this is yours, you can say whatever you want now.

So who is your favorite team? Who did you cheer for growing up? Perhaps you would like to expand on this in a complete diary if you want.

Welcome to independent media
A friend who works somewhere in the Mouse media conglomerate and I are amazed that ESPN would trim that harmless farewell paragraph from your final column. Yes, please, be yourself. Anything to get away from the Borglike sameness that all the media outlets present these days. And we're in the biz!
