Top Latin-American Prospects (2008/2009 class).
Who are the top teenage Latin American Prospects?
I am interested in opinions as to the top 5 to 10 Latin-American prospects who have signed with MLB teams over the past 2 seasons (2008 and 2009 draft classes). These signees are very young and quite frequently the large bonus recipients are very raw and get leapfrogged by signees who may have garnered significantly lower bonus level.
Obviously, Michel Ynoa is probably still at the head of the class. Yorman Rodirguez, Rafael Rodriguez, Salcedo, Echhevaria (2010 signee from Cuba) all pop to mind.
I find that the Latin prospects can make for "good finds" as there is usually very little coverage of them during the 2 years post-signing.
Appreaciate all opinions/comments or if anyone knows a website that ranks these kids.

Not sure why Iglesias was left out.
He signed at 19 years-old, and received a $6 million bonus.
