Hello folks, its time for another edition of the Gameday thread. I've been dealing with some health issues lately and have been on some prescription meds that have heavily influenced the amount of writing I've been able to do recently. That said, we're going to have a very watered down, diet version of the Gameday.
I'll do my best to get us back up to game speed and bring the thunder. Please bear with me while the doctor's special little pills do their work to help get me back to normal. Enough about me, lets get to some of today's action coming up
- Astros short stop Carlos Correa makes his MLB debut against Chris Sale and the Chicago White Sox.
- Twins southpaw Stephen Gonsalves makes his first start in the Florida State League after obliterating the competition in the Midwest League at the tender age of 20 years old. He and Blake Snell have been two of the biggest breakthroughs on the mound this year.
- Only two Top 150 starters are on the bump tonight - Angels LHP Andrew Heaney (#29) and Diamondbacks RHP Braden Shipley (#62).
Enjoy tonight's action as well as the 2015 First Year Player Draft over on MLB Network and MLB.com.
