At #16 overall, there are a number of directions I could go with this pick. While the D'Backs need is pitching at the big league level, their top three prospects are hurlers (Bradley, Shipley, and Blair). However, I believe the best strategy is to "go by the board," so here's who I'm looking at with this pick:
