I think the arguable strategy here is just to take the best player available, even if doing so requires an overslot deal (although going nuts here might handicap the club's ability to sign later-round picks that our mock draft gets to conveniently ignore). I also think the team should be more open than usual to divisive players that slip (if that's even an option!).
I'm not going to list targets at this point - it seems wasteful to try and guess which guys would be around at pick 90 - but MOD #2 may include some specific examples of higher-impact amateurs likely to drop due to injury, controversy, monetary demands, etc.
