Tampa Bay Rays MOD #1

The Rays have the following picks:

1st Round: pick 20

2nd Round: pick 61

Compensatory Round B: pick 73

3rd Round: pick 97

4th Round: pick 128

Those of you who have seen me draft for the Rays in recent years know that I generally favor a "weighted consensus BPA" approach to the draft. I'm in the process of compiling a spreadsheet of publicly-available draft lists to build a consensus of who's the best player. I then have a slight preference towards hitters (and a slight preference away from injury risks).

Please use this thread to post your thoughts on who the Rays ought to draft, and in particular if there are players you think are underrated by the usual public sources (and, most importantly, why!). Looking forward to everyone's input.
