John Sickels Ebook - Customer Service?

Does anyone have information on how to reach John Sickels or his Customer Service? I purchased the electronic version of his 2011 ebook to gauge what the 2012 might be like here in a few weeks, but have not received it.
At this point, numerous emails to Mr. Sickels have not been returned. While I can dispute the purchase with PayPal I'd rather receive the book or receive an explanation/refund from Mr. Sickels.
Again, any help would be appreciated.
