Best position player? Ackley is an easy answer. Borchering is my #2.
Best pitcher? (non-Strasburg division) Matzek is my favorite, but I like Skaggs a lot more than most and he would be my darkhorse.
Who will be the first to reach the big leagues? I assume Strasburg is eliminated from this too. So I’ll go with Ackley and put out AJ Polllock since I think that Ackley is too easy an answer.
Who will be the first to make a MLB All-Star team? Ackley safe, Borchering behind him.
Who will be the biggest bust? Crow, but that’s just a guess. Pick any of the pitchers and you have an excellent chance of being right.
Which “safe” pick will end up being a bust? I assume Crow counts as safe.
Which “risky” pick will end up breaking through? Tate or I guess you could say Skaggs or Chad James, who I like a lot too.
Which first rounders will not sign? NONE. I think everybody signs on the dotted line.
