I'm not in a position to do any serious writing today, but we can still amuse ourselves. Below the fold is the picture of a ship. First person to identify this ship correctly gets to pick the next Not A Rookie or Prospect Retro (after Carlos Gonzalez and Alex Gordon, the next two on my list).

The picture’s on Wikipedia! Make it a challenge, like posting one of a Bogue-class CVE and letting people try to decipher the hull number or something.
