Your 2010 book(just got) and the BA Almanac show him signing in 2008 which would make the pickup I had voided in my Dynasty league.Several blogs/philles sources show late March 2009 as signing then(though I think it was merely being reported late).Anyway our draft is going on and without something conclusive my commish is using the blogs/philly newspapers to deem him ineligible and uphold voiding me adding him last season.Can you substantiate your books info that he signed in 2008?(or when EXACTLY in 2009,anything before March I can keep him) :) I hope so Thanks Very much in advance Thanks also to those who answered my first post on this subject...If anyone else can find something concrete I would be grateful for the assistance thanks again

But I would guess that exceptionally few people have actually seen the guy’s contract with the signing date.
In lieu of more specific information, I’d just go with the date that the signing was announced (which appears to be March 27, 2026), which is really the only point at which you can start to be certain that the player was in fact signed. Lots of verbal “done deals” fall apart, especially when it comes to Latin American teenagers.

the 2009 date is correct. the 2008 in the book is incorrect.
