This league has been running for ten years. Here's how it works.

We run everything through our forum site. Each team has $175 million dollars to use each year. You submit contract offers for free agents on the forum site and if you have the winning bid for 24 hours, you win the player and his contract is added to your contract page and salary cap. You may then pick up the player on yahoo where we do all the actual fantasy.

This league has been the closest thing to being an actual GM that I've ever found. Here are a few things.

1) Each team can have up to 60 milb prospects so we have over 600 minor leaguers. When you call a player up to your 40 man, their rookie contract starts and we have an arbitration system that is as close to the MLB that you can get.

2) Every team has their 25 man fantasy team and their 40 man that counts against the cap. It's very similar to MLB.

3) Whatever of the $175 mil you don't use (up to $50 mil) gets rolled over into your bank a count that you can use for future years.

There is tons more to this league but it's a blast.
