I've seen a couple articles about some MLB teams going after him... He is a 19 year old Cuban defector that is now eligible for MLB Free Agancy. He's not as hyped as Chapman, Arguelles, or even JJ Ruiz, but I've heard he has outstanding potential. I know the Yankees, Jays and Angels are all actively pursuing him, and he could be bringing in some big money.
That being said, I don't know much about him, can anyone help out?
