I remember when the top 50 draft prospects list was posted there were a lot of people that wanted to do a Community Prospect List. I'm not entirely sure how the minorleagueball offseason CPL works, the +1, +2 system is too confusing for me. So we will do this Athletics Nation-style, where there is a poll for each round, and nominations for the next round can be placed in the comment section. Nomination format will be "Nomination: Player Name (School)" in the subject line, and the highest recced will be included in the poll for the next round.

There will be 5 players per round. The first 5 in this poll will be the top 5 from cookiedabookie's list.
