2017 MLB Draft Prospect: An Early Top 50

New, 70 comments

Two months after the 2016 draft, let’s see who we can start following for next year’s draft!

Who wants to see a very - very - early top 2017 draft prospect ranking?

You do? Great! Because I have one just for you! (And if you don’t, be quiet and pretend you do)

Before I get to it, I was thinking about doing a community prospect rankings project. I would run it similar to the way I ran the community prospect list a few years ago. We have a lot of knowledgeable folks here, and I think it would be a fun way to share insights and discuss draft prospects more in depth. We could do one this summer - maybe top 25 - and then re-do it in the spring. I am going to put up a poll, let me know if this is something people are interested in.
