It's time for a new feature here at Minor League Ball: a community-derived Pitching Prospect and Hitting Prospect of the year. We'll take a vote, but first we need nominations.
Ground Rules: Only players who will be rookie-eligible entering 2016. That means that guys like Carlos Correa or Miguel Sano are NOT eligible, so don't nominate them. We will do a separate vote for guys like that once the regular MLB season ends.
