Pacific Coast League announces 2014 All-Star team

The PCL All-Stars will play the International League All-Stars on Wednesday, July 16 in Durham, North Carolina.

The Pacific Coast League announced its 2014 All-Star team on Thursday. The PCL All-Stars will play the International League All-Stars on Wednesday, July 16 in Durham, North Carolina.

Thirteen players were elected to the team by managers and general managers, the media, and online fan voting. The remaining 17 were selected by the PCL office.

Here are the thirty players who made the PCL squad. Genuine prospects include Arismendy Alcantara, Chris Taylor, Joc Pederson, Jimmy Nelson, Max Stassi, Andrew Susac, Nick Tropeano, Kyle Hendricks, Heath Hembree, and Steve Piscotty.
