Kansas City Royals preliminary prospect list for 2015

Here is the preliminary research prospect list for the Kansas City Royals organization. My first pass gave me 54 players which I have cut back to the 46 listed below. Some of these guys are quite marginal but worth looking at and asking about. I would like to cut this down as close to 40 as possible.

As with most systems, the top prospects are obvious. The hard decisions come down to which Grade C types do I find room for, balancing long-term upside prospects who won't do anything soon and potential short-term contributors who don't project as stars but who could do something in '15 or '16, etc.
