1. Brett Lawrie, 3b Toronto Blue Jays (51%)
2, Eric Hosmer, 1b Kansas City Royals (57%)
3. Michael Pineda, P Seattle Mariners (38%)
4. Dustin Ackley, 2b Seattle Mariners (41%)
5. Desmond Jennings, of Tampa Bay Rays (47%)
6. Jeremy Hellickson, P Tampa Bay Rays (49%)
7. Freddie Freeman, 1B Atlanta Braves (45%)
8. Brandon Beachy, P Atlanta Braves (27%)

10. Mike Moustakas, 3b Kansas City Royals (38%)
11. Domonic Brown, of Philadelphia Phillies (32%) (70% runoff)
12. Jason Kipnis, 2b Cleveland Indians 29%
The voting breakdown for the twelfth round after Kipnis was Danny Espinosa 26%, Paul Goldschmidt 15%, Cory Luebke 9%, Aroldis Chapman 9% (write in), Danny Duffy 3%, Chris Sale 3%, Lucas Duda 3%, Vance Worley 3% (write in), Mark Trumbo 0%, Kyle Drabek 0%, Jemile Weeks 0%
I'm going to keep everyone on the ballot who got at least 5% of the vote, and drop everyone who didn't, so we'll drop Weeks, Duffy, Sale, Drabek, Duda and Trumbo. We'll rotate back in Vance Worley (who got a write in vote but was due to be rotated in anyway), Aroldis Chapman (based on his getting more than 5% of the vote as a write in last round) as well as Salvador Perez and Craig Kimbrel.
In rotation: Zach Britton 0% (round 9), Wilson Ramos 2% (round 10), Henderson Alvarez 0% (round 10), Jose Altuve 0% round 10, Ivan Nova 3% (round 11), Jordan Walden 0% (round 11), JD Martinez 0% (round 11), Danny Duffy 3% (round 12), Chris Sale 3% (round12), Lucas Duda 3% (round 12), Mark Trumbo 0% (round 12), Jemile Weeks 0% (round 12), Kyle Drabek 0% (round 12)
We'll give botheJosh Collmenter and Ben Revere their first time on the ballot this round, leaving as future testers:
Kenley Jansen, Dayan Viciedo, Juan Nicasio Alex Cobb, Mike Minor, Jordan Lyles, Alan Craig and Jerry Sands.
As always voting is by +1 and there are places below to suggest testers or vote for players not currently on the ballot.
So who is your number 13 prospect for future performance among last year's rookies?

Is Mike Carp eligible?
I think he was still a rookie this season.
