The Drew Pomeranz/Anderson Espinosa trade between the San Diego Padres and the Boston Red Sox got me thinking and I've decided to turn it into a two-part discussion question for the community:
A) Do you think this was a fair exchange of talent for the Padres? Did they get enough?
B) Can you a design a realistically better package of two or three prospects from the Red Sox system?
For purposes of B, let's assume that Espinosoa, Yoan Moncada and Andrew Benintendi are off the table. What would be a fair exchange of talent (that both sides would agree to) from Boston for Pomeranz if those three guys were not available?
