I am now working on the Colorado Rockies Top 20 prospects for 2015 report. The next team in line is the New York Yankees, to be followed by the Cincinnati Reds, Los Angeles Angels, Miami Marlins, Tampa Bay Rays, St. Louis Cardinals, Oakland Athletics, and the Los Angeles Dodgers to finish the series.

****What do you see for Dellin Betances going forward? Can he actually improve? Or will he decline?

****The big news last summer was the massive spending spree on Latin American free agents. What would you plan to do this year with the draft? Any particular focus?
