You must provide analysis of why you made the pick.

Anyone who was drafted this year can be included (even if they have not yet been signed)

Must have accumulated less than 130 abs or 50 ip of Major League service time

Things to remember: people are going to make horrible picks, such is the nature of this list. There is nothing we can do about this, except to analyze the picks. So please, just reply to picks with a letter grade if representing how you feel about it, and then include some analysis as to why you feel that way. This way we can keep it civil and useful.
