E:60 Video on Brian Bluhm

Not sure how many people are still around from 2007, but thought I would share this video. I know others knew him better than I, and I was more of a lurker than an active poster back then, but he was well-liked and respected here, posting as VTTigers. He was tragically killed in the Virginia Tech shootings.

Also, the link to the post John made in mourning is here:

Take this opportunity to remember to be kind and loving to those around you, you never know if you will have another day with them.

Thank you for this...

I was more of a regular poster back when this happened, and I remember Brian fondly. Not sure if he and I talked to each other much on these boards, but I did know exactly who he was when I heard that “VTTigers” was one of the victims of that shooting.

Yes, thank you for posting this

I’ve been pretty much a lurker around here since the mid-2000s, learning about prospects from the more experienced posters and of course John himself. I appreciate this site so much for the knowledge I have learned about minor league prospects.

I remember “VTTigers” posts and it really struck a nerve when I had heard he was one of the victims of that senseless tragedy. The more I read and hear about Curtis Granderson, the more of a fan I become. He’s truly a class act.
