really not sold on Delgado’s ceiling… he’s in the next tier for me… the 105-115 range… which is where I ranked D’arnaud, but I can see the argument for D’arnaud’s ceiling and positional scarcity.
I just posted this in the cpl thread:
“i think his best-case is like a 2007 Kelly Johnson… .276/.364/.457 … with slightly less power, and maybe slight more avg… and about 20 SB… that’s a very valuable player, but will he hit that and how long will his peak be?
I like him a lot, but can’t rate him above Iglesias"

I think Delgado’s a bit underrated by virtue of being in the same system as Teheran and now Vizcaino, but he’s a damn good prospect in his own right. He’s young, projectable, has stuff that’s just a tick below Teheran, and he’s put up impressive strikeout totals thus far in his career.
I like d’Arnaud a lot, and I appreciate the argument for positional scarcity, but I want to see some production at Double-A before I’m completely sold on him as a Top 100 prospect. I’ll agree with daveh33 above in having Iglesias above d’Arnaud, and to be honest, I’d give Travis a nod over Chase at this point too. None of this is to dump on Chase, who I really do like as a prospect.

I definitely think Iglesias and Travis are ahead of Chase.

Lulz.
Both Delgado and d’Arnaud should be around #50 overall, not in the mid-90s.
