1. Nick Madrigal - best odds of at least an average regular

2. Casey Mize - best pitcher at the moment, quick mover, near ready

3. Alec Bohm - best combination of hit/power

4. Jarred Kelenic - best hit/power for HS, I think he sticks in CF

5. Logan Gilbert - safest college pitcher with some upside

6. Carter Stewart - biggest upside HS arm

7. Matthew Liberatore - close 2nd in upside to Stewart, better present arsenal/feel

8. Cole Winn - best present HS arsenal

9. Brady Singer - big time performer, weird profile, but funky enough to work

10. Brice Turang - victim of prospect fatigue, up the middle defense, advanced feel to hit, performer

11. Jonathan India - big time performer, some defensive value

12. Ryan Weathers - best present LH HS arsenal

13. Shane McClanahan - highest upside college arm

Just how I see it currently. The top 3 here aren't going to be around when the Orioles pick, so I'd probably lean at this point to grabbing Kelenic or Gilbert if available, but I think any of these players I listed would be solid at #11, so I can be convinced otherwise with good evidence.
