The +2 and +3 can really be useful to figure out if a runoff is even needed if two votes are close, as well determining if a second prospect can be placed on the list at one time
Each round will be open for 36-48 hours (tends to be longer on the wknds though), with 1 to 2 prospects being chosen after round, depending on votes. Runoffs will typically be the same window and will always be set up as a vote btw only two prospects
