Overall Community Prospect #17

Voting will be determined by replying to each candidate with your "+1", "+2", or "+3" vote for your top, second and third choices respectively. The +2 and +3 can really be useful to figure out if a runoff is even needed if two votes are close, as well determining if a second prospect can be placed on the list at one time

There will be a DISCUSSION section at the bottom of each list so that you can not only discuss who and why and what and where certain players fit in, but to not clog up the votes above

The format for anyone not listed on my initial ballot will be:

OTHERS (my heading)
reply to this with the prospect's name
reply to the prospect's name with your vote (similar to the setup for other prospects)
this can be anyone from the testers section mind you, as you will see they might have previously received votes

TESTERS - anyone receiving 1 vote or less in the previous round will be considered a tester. Feel free to discuss merits of any of them in this section or feel free to cast in a write-in vote by listing them in the OTHERS section (see above). Always looking for new names, helium guys, prospects you are think are being criminally underrated

For purposes of this exercise and also because he is still unsigned, Shohei Otani will NOT be on the ballot. If he were to sign, we will consider running a separate vote to slot him into the list

Each round will be open for 24-36 hours with 1 to 2 prospects being chosen after round, depending on votes. Runoffs will typically be the same window and will always be set up as a vote btw only two prospects

We will adhere to the industry standard of 130 AB or 50 IP to determine prospect eligibility
