Voting will be determined by replying to each candidate with your "+1", "+2", or "+3" vote for your top, second and third choices respectively. The +2 and +3 can really be useful to figure out if a runoff is even needed if two votes are close, as well determining if a second prospect can be placed on the list at one time
There will be a DISCUSSION section at the bottom of each list so that you can not only discuss who and why and what and where certain players fit in, but to not clog up the votes above
For purposes of this exercise and also because he is still unsigned, Shohei Ohtani will NOT be on the ballot. If he were to sign, we will consider running a separate vote to slot him into the list
Each round will be open for 24-48 hours (tends to be longer on the wknds though), with 1 to 2 prospects being chosen after round, depending on votes. Runoffs will typically be the same window and will always be set up as a vote btw only two prospects
We will adhere to the industry standard of 130 AB or 50 IP to determine prospect eligibility
