Notes regarding the 2016 Arizona Fall League:

Dylan Covey, RHP, Oakland Athletics (Mesa Solar Sox): Oakland Athletics pitching prospect Dylan Covey threw five no-hit innings on November 1st, part of a combined no-hitter with fellow Oakland prospect Frankie Montas and Miami Marlins relief prospect Drew Steckenrider. Covey has pitched 17 innings with a 2.65 ERA and an 11/5 K/BB. He was limited to just six starts for Double-A Midland in 2016 due to an oblique injury but has performed very well this fall, putting him in line for Triple-A to open 2017 with a chance to reach the majors later in the year. Covey works with a low-90s fastball and a full slider, curveball, change-up compliment. He is a heavy ground ball pitcher.

Here's some good video of Covey from 2080 Baseball

Frankie Montas, RHP, Oakland Athletics (Mesa Solar Sox): Montas has pitched 11.1 innings of shutout relief in Arizona, giving up four hits and three walks with eight strikeouts on the docket. Acquired in a July deadline trade with the Dodgers, Montas also missed most of 2016 with a rib injury but is healthy now and up to 98 MPH. Like Covey he will probably open 2017 in Triple-A with a good chance to see the major leagues later in the year. His pure stuff is better than Covey's but his command is usually not as good, although it showed signs of improving this year with a 22/3 K/BB in the 16 innings he pitched in the Dodgers system.
