Sleeper List Update, the "Ps"

Moving forward with the Sleeper List update, here are the "Ps"

Star-divide

Blake Parker, RHP, Chicago Cubs: 3.48 ERA with 30/18 K/BB in 31 innings for the Triple-A Iowa Cubs, 29 hits allowed. Walk rate is a bit high, but good strikeout rate.

Alexander Perez, RHP, Cleveland Indians: Made two starts for Class A Kinston (6.2 innings, 5 hits, 8 strikeouts) but has spent most of the year on the disabled list with a groin strain and a sore elbow.

Carlos Perez, C, Toronto Blue Jays: Just began his season in the NY-P, 5-for-8 so far for the Auburn Doubledays.

David Phelps, RHP, New York Yankees: Excellent season for Double-A Trenton, 5-0, 2.00 with a 67/20 K/BB in 76 innings, 52 hits allowed. Looks like a genuine breakthrough.

Carlos Pimentel, RHP, Texas Rangers: 4.52 ERA with 54/32 K/BB in 70 innings for Class A Bakersfield, 72 hits allowed. Not bad for the Cal League, but needs to lower walks.

Still fail to see how Carlos Perez is a sleeper

as Jays fans have been following his every step since his DSL debut but I guess he’s still not really followed outside the organisation. I’m guessing as a .300 hitting defensive catcher who walks often he may get bit more attention after this season. Him Pierre and Nessy are going to be fun to watch over the next few seasons.

perez

Perez is little known outside of Blue Jays fandom and the most fanatic minor league followers. I was trying to point him out to a more general audience.

What is his offensive ceiling?

Average MLB catcher or above average MLB catcher?
