If you ordered before January 31st, your book was shipped this afternoon. Orders placed on January 31st through February 3rd will ship on Monday.

When can people in Canada expect the book?

Don't expect the exact date or anything, just an approximate time frame. But, good to hear.

Canadian orders, that depends on the Canadian postal service and customs. In the past, shipping to Canada has taken anywhere from 3 days to 12 days. Our local postal people say this is because Canadian customs does not coordinate well with their postal service.

Previous experience

Ordered a few things from the states lately, on average, you get it 2 weeks after it reaches custom. They seem to be getting worse.

to the Domincan Republic, Juan Dolio to be exact, at least two weeks after I order something will it arrive.

Address Change.....

I used my fiance's pay pall to order the book, and for some reason it reverted back to an old address when we submitted.

We sent an e-mail to you about it, but haven't received a response. Should I assume you guys got it, or is this going to be a problem?

There are no prospects on other teams, only players that Jack Zduriencik didn't want.

Jeri says that without knowing your name we can't trace your order given the hundreds of emails she was dealing with at any given time. She did her very best to deal with each one and respond when necessary. Jeri says there were over 100 address changes and she thinks she got them all, but if she missed some she's sorry and we will figure it out. Without knowing your name we can't tell you more than that in this format. The book has made it's way to Hartford as well. Although I will say that my favorite part is probably the upsidedown section where 225-256 are upside down and in reverse order.

Certainly not your fault, John. Plus, it adds a bit of character.
