****Probable starters of interest today include Houston Astros pitching prospect Brett Adcock for High-A Buies Creek; San Diego Padres prospect MacKenzie Gore for Low-A Fort Wayne; Atlanta Braves pitching prospect Kolby Allard for Triple-A Gwinnett; Minnesota Twins prospect Kohl Stewart for Double-A Chattanooga; Cincinnati Reds right-hander Keury Mella for Double-A Pensacola; and New York Mets right-hander Chris Flexen for Triple-A Las Vegas.

****Today’s list of MLB starting pitchers is here. There are no rookies scheduled to start today as of 12:45 PM; however, the Chicago Cubs put Yu Darvish on the disabled list this morning with a virus and right-hander Jen-Ho Tseng has been scratched from his expected start with the Iowa Cubs. As I write this a promotion for Tseng has not been officially announced but that seems the most likely outcome.
