****Surprise got past Scottsdale 5-4. Pittsburgh Pirates prospect Cole Tucker collected two hits for the winners while Pirates prospect Will Craig and St. Louis Cardinals infield prospect Andy Young contributed a home run. Toronto Blue Jays prospect Nate Pearson threw four shutout innings with five strikeouts. San Francisco Giants prospect C.J. Hinojosa hit a home run in the losing cause.
****Mesa defeated Glendale 6-4. Home runs dominated this game, with Boston Red Sox prospect Josh Ockimey and Detroit Tigers prospect Daz Cameron homering for Mesa, while Chicago White Sox prospect Luis Robert, Los Angeles Dodgers prospect Jared Walker, and Baltimore Orioles prospect Martin Cervenka going long for Glendale.
****Peoria nipped Salt River 8-7. This was another home run game, with Arizona Diamondbacks prospect Jazz Chisholm hitting a long knock for Salt River and Atlanta Braves prospect Izzy Wilson, Tampa Bay Rays prospect Joe McCarthy, and San Diego Pares prospect Buddy Reed all going yard for Peoria.
