****Salt River mashed Glendale 14-3 behind a 16-hit attack. Arizona Diamondbacks prospect Drew Ellis hit a home run while going 3-for-4 and Washington Nationals prospect Daniel Johnson went 3-for-4 with a walk and four runs scored. Dbacks prospect Jazz Chisholm went 3-for-6 with a homer and three runs scored. He’s now hitting .444.

****Surprise skipped past Mesa 5-4. Toronto Blue Jays prospect Cavan Biggio and Pittsburgh Pirates prospect Will Craig homered for the Saguaros, while Oakland Athletics prospect Eli White homered in the losing cause.

****Peoria defeated Scottsdale 4-2. Tampa Bay Rays prospect Lucius Fox went 2-for-4 with a run scored and Atlanta Braves prospect Cristian Pache hit a triple. Philadelphia Phillies prospect Darick Hall hit a home run in the losing cause. Houston Astros prospect J.B. Bukauskas took the loss but pitched well, giving up one run in five innings with four hits, a walk, and four strikeouts.
